Italy has given me a whole new lens on life. Traveling certainly expanded my personality and what I now know is possible — living in a beautiful country with perfect weather, great cuisine, and good people. If I want to be able to do that, then of course I’ll need to work a little harder over the next couple years to be able to split time between countries in later years.
Being back in SB is surreal. From flying in and not even recognizing the city from the lights and silhouettes to passing through the trees, the city landscape, and finally arriving home to familiar lights and spaces, walking upstairs to find a myself renewed, refreshed, and reminded that we’re capable of anything we can imagine.
