Vibe or vibration is what creates our reality. Let’s define vibration as the result of the actions we decide to take. Vibration over time = what we receive from life!
Our actions define our character, and our character defines who we are! So, if vibration is a measure of the actions that we take, then it can also show us who we are.
I like to think of vibration as a glimpse into what we are manifesting in our lives. It’s true that to achieve what someone else has, then, in large part, we should match their frequency.
Matching frequency is like tuning a radio. For example, let’s say you want to be a social media influencer. If that’s the case, it’s important to tune yourself to that station by upgrading yourself to the person you see yourself being in that role. Maybe that person eats healthier, posts content regularly, and works out. Eating healthier and working out can raise your vibration by increasing the energy levels you have available. Then, repurposing the energy into creating content will help to tune you to the station you want to play in your life.
As another example, maybe you want to have a desk job. If that’s the case, then work to match the skill set required. What have other people done in the past to achieve what you want for yourself?
In physics there is a phenomenon called sympathetic vibrations, which shows that when you move a vibrating string next to a stationary object, the stationary object will start moving if the stationary object is naturally tuned to a similar frequency. The phenomenon of sympathetic vibrations is not just applicable to objects. The concept seems to apply to people just as well — when friends laugh together, order the same entree together, or even when one partner works out, leading the other to start too, this is proof that vibrations are in play, which leads to the idea that the association of two things leads them to mix. This is why our friends and family influence us with their habits and actions. When we act, we resonate. When we resonate, we influence our environment directly and indirectly. For example, maybe we eat a salad. There is a direct influence because now we are able to be more creative, exercise more or think more clearly. One indirect influence is how our mood influences the moods of people near us. Another indirect influence is when others decide to have a salad as well.
No matter what we want to do, we should upgrade ourselves by upgrading our vibe! To achieve this goal, do things that give you energy and make you feel great. Exercise your passions and work on building discipline. When we raise our vibration the universe will naturally reply with bountiful rewards.
