Not feeling like yourself? Having a day where you feel less than perfect? Like things could be better?
Get outdoors! Appreciate the scenery, change your frame of reference. Connect with people, family or friends. Appreciate your environment. If you’re within 30 minutes of the beach, then go! Appreciate a drive out in the mountains or people watch in a park or your local metropolis. Listen to music and find yourself in your play whether that’s dance, singing, writing, use your passion!
Lastly, practice gratitude for what you do have! If there’s 100 reasons to be down on yourself, there’s 1000 reasons to be happy. Take a deep breath and remember life is good!
