Processing emotions is something most people have yet to master. Although we are living in the safest civilization in recent history, we still are faced with emotional traumas and burdens that we have to work through. Simply put, the work is never really done. We are all going through something and to live a perfect life means to live an imperfect life in a world with imperfect people.
Processing trauma can be difficult. It takes considerable energy and energy-in-motion (e-motion). We have to sit, or lay or wander to collect thoughts about the situation and apply a story to it. The best way to resolve is to always remember that life has a greater purpose and to lose is not to have lost, but to have won a new opportunity to develop and a new opening to jump through.
“Daylight follows a dark night.” – Proverb
Everything is temporary. Life moves in cycles. Closing a cycle means starting new. Always an opportunity. Open your heart and mind, and set yourself free.
